Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had a balcony, offering a nice spot to relax, but there were some minor security concerns. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the strict payment policy was a bit inconvenient. The location was excellent for visiting the nearby archaeological sites, but it felt somewhat touristy. The dining options were decent but overpriced. Overall, a stay with positives and negatives.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The corner room I stayed in was incredibly spacious with large picture windows on two sides, offering a beautiful view of the plantation. The seating under the arcades added a charming touch to the room, and having a fridge inside was so convenient. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. The location, right across from the Uxmal ruins, couldn't have been more perfect, making exploring the area a breeze. While the dining options were a bit lackluster and overpriced, the traditional Mayan breakfast was a delightful and educational experience.
This hotel is a gem! The rooms were really nice with 2 double beds, and the service was top-notch, making towel animals for my child every night. However, the service can be slow and mistake-ridden at times. The location is absolutely beautiful, directly across the street from the amazing Mayan ruins of Uxmal. The dining experience was a mix of delicious Mayan breakfast and relaxing poolside tequila sipping. The facilities were modern and convenient, offering a comfortable stay.
